Service Description

Rent the entire 11,000+ sq ft home! • $2250 per night • Includes 9 bedrooms most with private baths, two full kitchens, three stunning fireplaces, a beautiful basement with lots of open space, and a movie theater! • Maximum occupancy is 34 people. Any further occupancy requires prior approval per Five Willows at $75 per additional guest. • 50% deposit of the total estimated rental fee is due upon execution of the Five Willows, LLC. Rental Agreement Contract. The remaining 50% of the total estimated rental fee is due at check-in. • An authorized credit card will be required for any additional charges incurred on the day of the event, including a $30 charge for every unreturned key fob. • Five Willows does not accept or provide any discounted rates. • No running or horseplay is permitted within the B&B. • Pets? Five Willows does offer a large outdoor kennel space to house your pet during your stay for an additional $25 per day per pet. • Five Willows, LLC. Is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property and is a Non-Smoking Facility.
