Service Description

Rent our breathtaking Event Barn! • Prices vary depending on event and day of week. Call for details & pricing. • 3,200 square foot Event Barn (2400 sq ft reception area) with a full commercial kitchen, surround sound, restrooms and a 3,500 square foot outdoor pavilion. • Five Willows Tables & Chairs are included in the price above. High quality WHITE covers for chairs, round or rectangular tables can also be rented. Call for pricing. We do not provide colored sashes at this time. • We also have available two 10x10 Commercial Tents that may be rented $50/each per day per event. • Maximum occupancy of Event Barn is approximately 250 people based on average of 10 sq ft per guest depending on type & arrangement of tables. Call for pricing. • 50% deposit of the total estimated rental fee is due upon execution of the Five Willows, LLC. Rental Agreement Contract. The remaining 50% of the total estimated rental fee is due prior to the scheduled event. • An authorized credit card will be required for any additional charges incurred on the day of the event. • Five Willows, LLC. is a Non-Smoking Facility.
